Public presentation HALL09: the archive

On the 25th of April Goda, Amandine, Effi, Breg and Gert-Jan will present an update on the HALL09 project (Blackberry island in Vilnius). The basis for this presentation is a collective residency and workshop at Arts Printing House from 12 to 18 September 2022, where they explored a series of ‘gestures for interdependence’ with the ecology of the island and the unheard body of the river Neris. The eventual aim of HALL09 is to develop a regenerative art installation on the island that facilitates encounters between humans and more-than-humans
HALL09 was supported by SoAP Maastricht and the Department of Architecture of KU Leuven. The project is financed by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.
